I brush with organic unrefined coconut oil. I use charcoal powder from time to time. And, baking soda. I gargle with 3% peroxide.

The major problem with using hydrogen peroxide in the mouth is that it destroys not only the bad bacteria, but the good ones also! You HAVE to take good MOUTH PROBIOTICS always! With or without hydrogen peroxide, but it’s an absolute must when using it!
